Modification of the WORX case for EZ. Empty
PostSubject: Modification of the WORX case for EZ.   Modification of the WORX case for EZ. EmptyJuly 4th 2008, 4:51 pm

I modified my WORX case to take the saw with the base attached. I used my RotoZip with a carbide "rasp" type cutting tool.

The areas indicated in yellow were cut out to allow for the base.

The areas indicated in yellow were cut out to allow for the handles. The areas indicated with orange were just rasped down to ease the pressure on the handle and the blade housing.

The saw fits just fine, and the top can close easily. The AC-1 and AC-2 are stored in the area indicated by yellow. They must be removed to put the saw in.
