Dino - just wanted to give you a big KUDOS. At SMC you mentioned that you lowered the price on a few kits you were selling on eBay and encouraged potential buyers to take advantage of the eBay and MS discounts currently being offered. I read on another forum that FOG members that paid full price for their tools (except for the ones they got for free to write rave reviews about) were outraged. Enough so that F-tool told their vendors to pull their tools from eBay until the MS deal is dead.

Mike,

Such nonsense is in the finest Tradition of Festool. You see when Matt started that forum, he hired a Marine recruiter to find a "Few good men". Apparently the recruiter carried out the mission very successfully.

Burt

Seriously, there are some good people on FOG but others are .......

Sounds like typical Festool. Running scared.

Mike,
I just saw your post. Embarassed

I think the customers make the company.
If you have smart customers, you have to keep up with them.
At the end, both the company and customers are happy.
I see my self as a customer. I use the ez system more than anyone.
My customers are my friends and investors.
Every extta penny goes against new tooling for new products that are designed
to make the system better for all of us.

Thanks for all your trust and support.
