Cutting Plexiglas is EZ on a Power Bench Empty
PostSubject: Cutting Plexiglas is EZ on a Power Bench   Cutting Plexiglas is EZ on a Power Bench EmptyJuly 2nd 2008, 2:26 pm

Last year I cut plexiglas using the guide rail and smart clamps. For the most part the cuts were clean with little chip out.

Recently I used my PBB to plunge cut plexiglas sheets to make a rectangular opening for an air conditioner project. The bench supported the plastic and the cut was super clean with NO chips. I have a PC MAG 324 and I am using Diablo 40 tooth blade.

My cut was much smoother than the cut(s) from the window and glass store.

Dino I bet that plexiglas dealers would love EZ system!

Bob,
This is something that we need to explore.
Not just for plexi-plastic-aluminum-wood-Metal-cardboard etc.

Cut to size services are doing good in EU.
People don't have the time, money for tools, space, trucks etc, to cut stuff.
If we can offer Cut to size services we can have fun using the ez stuff and make extra money. At the ez shop we cut anything for few sign shops in our area.
EZ Money providing a good service. Smile

Until they discover ezsmart....
