PostSubject: Doug Rogers - Cutting Formica EZ   March 23rd 2009, 3:15 am

This thread was originally posted on SMC by Doug Rogers. It is here with his permission.

I have been cutting a lot of Formica for cabinets lately. IMHO the EZ way is simply the best and fastest way to get the job done. I have enclosed photos of the setup and the results. The Formica shown is vertical type (very thin).

Doug,

You hit the nail on the head with that one. One of my thoughts in changing the long rail on my Dewalt miter saw was to set it up so I could rip 12' sheets of formica.
