Go where?
OK Katy Boss.
Thanks Burt.
The combo bridge system is done. 1 hour?
Your idea was brilliant.
Until I post pictures, the goal was to eliminate (for good this time) the miter saw.
We can aluminum and UHMW with it every day. We don't like it.
I was looking to make an ez way ( Dead Wood Concept) without any new inventions.
I got stuck with a very large custom made ez table few weeks ago.
long table, long story. The same day I found out that we can't have additional space at our building. The challenge was to use the unwanted table and combine all cutting and routing operations into one table eliminating many dedicated setups.
The new routing system on the super ez smart table is 100% done.
Video and pictures next week at this forum first. Space used: 42"x40"?
The miter saw section was a challenge to be incorporated to the long side of the super ez table. I want to use a Bridge system to comply with the DWC.
My guys love to use the Bridge and the safety, ease and accuracy is second to none.
The miter was was out of question on this new setup. I wanted a Bridge that can be loaded without sliding the long extrusions under the bridge. An open bridge with ez access from the front. I have a prototype of the Sattelite saw system that is open in one side and works similar to the bridge. But I don't like to use it for now.
Burt to the resque with a brilliant answer.
Offset one bridge and use longer guide rail.
What we have now is a dual purpoce bridge.
Good for generall bridge cutting and a brand new miter saw for $0.00
Thanks Burt.
The setup was done and I'm home now.
